A procedural tribute to the classic Amiga cracktro and demoscene, created for the Switch homebrew community.
The project recreates the unmistakable style of old-school intros with a sine-wave scroller, copper bars, plasma effects, a 3D starfield, a raster-bounced logo, and a synchronized chiptune soundtrack. Everything is generated procedurally at runtime—no textures, pre-rendered graphics, or external visual assets. Geometry is created from mathematics and the visual effects are built with shaders and code.
The soundtrack is synchronized with the effects to create a complete scene-style intro, with individual effects introduced and combined through timed transitions.
A small tribute to where today's homebrew scene came from: code, creativity, mathematics, music, and a lot of unnecessary visual effects.
